oh, no big deal...

Just wanted to let you know that we're officially coming home on Monday July 9th. That's just 12 silly little days away. Thanks to Senator Bond our Visa appointment was moved up to this next week! We are welcoming anyone who can and would like to, to meet us at the airport to offer a welcome to a new American citizen!

and just another quirky timing: Russ and I met Eliot for the first time last summer during this same week in July that we're coming home. It boggles the mind...

Awesome!!! Congrats to the Mohr family of 3!!! I pray your plane ride home to the US is as exciting as ours was in May when we finally got our little Ana home to Minnesota.....she clapped when we landed in the US! Funny how our little ones pick up on everything. Take time to enjoy being home and don't rush anything!! Just a few words of advice- ENJOY!!!

Tears came to my eyes as I read, "meet us at the airport to offer a welcome to a new American citizen." I only recently came across your blog, but greatly desiring a baby from Guate one day and being a foster parent in the States, something just struck a chord. The fruit of your "labor" is actually coming to reality. Though we've never met, I'm so happy for you guys. People will say to Elliott (as they have to my little guy), "You are a lucky little boy." But what they don't realize is that we, as parents, are the lucky (well, blessed) ones. I know that's how y'all feel as well. Congratulations on your new SON!!

I can't be there on the 9th, but it just so happens I'll be in San Louie from the 12th - 17th for my sister's wedding (on the 14th). I'd LOVE to see you all then. We'll talk more about it WHEN YOU GET HOME!!!

WOw, WOw, Wow, WOw, Wow, WOw, WOw, WOw, Wow Wow!!!!!! I just want to bite your face off right now. What the heck, you get to go home, how amazing is that!! This is a perfect example of Christ work in a situation. It can't be more perfect. He is perfect. This happened on his time. Not a day before or a day after. I am in need of one on one talking with you. Can you please call me when you get a chance. Take your time. I just need to hear your voice. I need momma katie to talk to me. I love you dearly, I do tons!! I wish I could be at the airport, I wish I could be in St. Louis at the time. But I will see you in Aug. I love you katie.
